Always have been given great service and will always fit me in the next day when I have been having trouble with my car. Everything is always explained to me.

I had made an appointment to have one of the lower control arms replaced on my car and was told they both needed to be replaced to avoid shuddering while breaking. When calling to confirm the appointment, I was told it would take 2-3 hours and to drop off at 8:30. My repairs were completed and I picked my car up at 2pm, I really wished that I had been called ahead and been told it would take longer. I also still experience the shuddering when breaking even though I had both lower control arms replaced.

Always listens to what is going on with your car and always do a great job in fixing it.

My first time there, very happy with the service. The staff were friendly.

Invoice given to me in error. All Ok now.

I asked for the tyres to be rotated as a part of the first service. I wasn't charged for it but they also didn't do it. I can see that the wheel nuts have not been handled at all, they all still have the dust and dirt on them. Not a big deal, everything else went very smoothly, but now I gotta rotate them myself which I hate doing.

It was a little tricky to find. Yes there's signage, but as someone not from the area and going off of google maps I had no idea which carpark I was supposed to enter. At one point I could see the workshop, but I couldn't get to it as it was fenced off. I had to exit the carpark and re-enter it elsewhere. It was stressful. Then, the only issue I had with the car was not resolved. The Text To Speech in my navigation app doesn't work. It comes up with an error screen when I open the app and tells me to speak to a BYD service centre - I felt like that's exactly what I did. I added this problem to my appointment booking and saw it written there on the form booking sheet when I dropped the car off. But when I picked it up the man behind the desk told me to "do the updates" - which I already have. He added that if there are any issues then to call them, which I definitely will when I have time. Other than that everything was fine. I will probably return in the future, should be easier now that I know where to go.

Had a great experience dealing with mycar Tyre & Auto Garden City for my BYD Atto 3 20000 km service. I work nearby and had to drop the car off before they opened. I was glad to see they had someone in reception to drop off the key. I was looked after by Jack who had the car ready earlier than expected with all my queries answered and 1 year of complimentary roadside assistance added on top. Really happy with everything with them so far.
